Supply List
At ACE Preparatory Academy, we operate as a community and openly share all supplies, whether purchased by a family or the school itself. Given the community use of supplies, please note that all supplies received cannot be returned under any circumstances, so please avoid writing scholar names on materials unless specified below.
If donating supplies, please bring them to our Parent Orientation Session on July 28th, 2026 from 4:30-6:30PM, or July 30th from 4:30PM-6:30PM to ensure Day 1 of school is smooth. We appreciate your contribution to our school community.
Supply List:
- 4 boxes of Kleenex
- 3 containers of Clorox Disinfectant wipes
- 3 paper towel rolls
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer, at least 12 0z
- 2 boxes of pre-sharpened pencils (at least 12 pack)
- 1 box of crayola brand crayons
- 1 box of color pencils
- 1 pack of lined paper
- 1 spiral notebook or composition book
The items below, scholars will bring with them to the classroom on the first day of school and should be in a separated bag.
- Corded non-bluetooth headphones labeled with scholar’s name
- if broken throughout the year, family must replace or pay the $5 fee for a school-provided pair r
- (K-2nd Grade) 1 bag with a pair of clean underwear, socks, khaki pants, labeled with their name on it.
Uniforms Requirements
- K-3rd should have Blue ACE polos
- 4th-6th should have Gray ACE polos
- ACE Prep will provide ACE Prep backpacks
If you are unable to bring in supplies, please consider purchasing an item from our Amazon Wishlist or paying a one-time, $50 supply fee through PowerSchool. Contributions are appreciated but completely optional and not required.
