Referendum Disclosure 

ACE Prep has elected to exercise the rights granted under Indiana Code 20-46-1-8 to opt into the proposed IPEC referendum.

ACE Prep firmly believes in fostering an environment where educational opportunities are maximized for all students. In light of the proposed referendum, we recognize the potential impact it holds for both traditional public schools and charter schools alike and are prepared to comply with all of the requirements set forth in Indiana Code 20-46-1.
